More than anything we always want you to be happy!! If you’re not satisfied with any part of your experience in Jai Jai Shop, please reach out to us at hello@jai-jai.in and let us help!
If for some reason something we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction, e.g. arrived broken / defective/ received an incorrect product from our end, please share photograph(s) / videos of the product(s) along with the order id within 72 hours of receiving the product, and we shall initiate replacement and/ or refund.
